Philippines Travel Contest Rules & Regulations
Special Note: Contest Rules Updated July 15, 2011.
1. No international flights will be provided, all entries from countries other than the Philippines must provide their own international flights, into and exiting the Philippines if they are proven to be the winning entry.
2. Each person entering the drawing for our FREE PHILIPPINES VACATION PACKAGE must be at least 21 years of age or older.
3. Only one (1) one entry per person, per vacation package giveaway will be accepted, additional entries from the same person will be voided.
4. WINNING ENTRY must provide; (a) valid picture identification, (b) valid phone number, (c) email address, (d) mailing address. Entries not able to provide this information in part or whole will have their entry voided.
5. The winning entry agrees to allow their PHOTOS and VIDEO of their Winning Vacation Package to be posted in our Philippines websites, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and any other form of media we may deem necessary to advertise and promote Philippines tourism and our travel agency.
6. Each entry to be considered VALID must provide a CLICKABLE LINK or (HOT LINK) from THEIR PERSONAL WEBSITE or BLOG or SOCIAL NETWORKING WEBSITE to our OFFICIAL WEBSITE - (http://www.wowphilippinestravelagency.com).
7. Just copy and paste the select text below into your website or blog.
8. The Free Vacation Package Giveaway is NON-TRANSFERABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE, once your tickets have been purchased you are committed to going. In the event you cannot travel on your set dates, you will forfeit your win.
9. There is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to enter our contest, however you must provide a URL LINK from your website to our website.
10. Your link to our website CANNOT CONTAIN a (NO FOLLOW LINK), if you place a no-follow on the link coming to us, your entry will be voided.
11. Each vacation package is good for two (2) adults only, (No Additional Person Allowed).
12. WOW Philippines Travel Agency will provide ONLY what is stated in the free package listing, nothing additional will be given, nothing additional is implied.
13. The people not eligible to enter the contest are, the owners or family members of WOW Philippines Travel Agency, Inc., employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter this or any other contest sponsered by us.
14. In the event that something happens that would render the hotel from accommodating the winner, we reserve the right to replace the listed hotel with one of equal value.
15. The free vacation packages listed CANNOT be SOLD or TRADED for CASH or any monitary item. If for any reason the winner cannot or will not accept his or her prize, the win is then forfeited.
16. Each PAST WINNER can join a new contest only after 12 months has past from the date of his or her previous win.
17. Each winning entry will be announced on Facebook and Twitter, if you are not linked to us at that time, your entry will be forfeited and a new entry will be chosen.
18. WOW Philippines Travel Agency, Inc. is not responsible for your lost or misplaced luggage be it through the airlines, transfer company or hotel.
19. WOW Philippines Travel Agency, Inc. is nto responsible for any accidents or death that could accur during your vacation. Upon entry into this contest you agree to assume all liabilities for yourself.
20. WOW Philippines Travel Agency, Inc. does not imply to assume, and assumes no responsibility for the contest winners actions or behaviour during their vacation win.
